Who is Aleks Vladimirov?
Aleks is an engineering leader with 15+ years of experience building software, leading teams, and delivering complex technology initiatives across enterprise, financial, regulated, and cloud environments. He has grown from software engineer into senior leadership roles, combining technical depth with product thinking, organizational leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Today, he builds and leads engineering teams focused on new cloud services and high-impact initiatives, helping turn promising ideas into validated outcomes. He is particularly interested in engineering leadership at the intersection of AI, cloud, product strategy, and team development.
Beyond his core roles, Aleks is active in entrepreneurship, mentoring, speaking, and community building. He contributes through workshops, conferences, and volunteer initiatives, and writes about leadership, innovation, product development, and building teams that create meaningful impact.
My mission is to help people, teams, and organizations unlock greater impact and long-term success by combining insights from both the professional and non-profit worlds with my background in Engineering and Psychology.
In my free time I travel and work on volunteering projects. Some of them are: delivering training sessions, organizing conferences or having speaking engagements. My training session topics are on: Presentation Skills, Creativity, Problem Solving, Product Development and Leadership.
