2021 is here, and there are high expectations that it will be bigger and better than the previous year. Hopefully, we will have vaccines for the virus epidemic and free movement.

But there are still a lot of bad habits that we need to overcome from 2020. Most of the people were in some sort of lockdown, which wasn’t good for their health.

In this article, I will describe 3 productivity strategies you should make to crush it in 2021.

Do more sports

I described earlier that a lot of people were in a lockdown and they experience fear for their own and loved once health and safety.

A lot of my friends didn’t go out for a walk or an exercise for months, which result in increased anxiety and stress. What I decided to start in April last year was the so called 7k step challenge where each day my friends and I must walk at least 7000 steps using some sort of application. I used my Fitbit Versa 2. This helped us a lot. After this 1 month test run, I had actually become leaner compare to my friends who didn’t do exercises.

There is no excuse for you to not do some sort of workout daily. It’s good for you and it will improve your concentration. There are other stress reducing tools and you can check them out by clicking here.

Plan your day

Planning is a crucial skill. How you live your days is how you live your live, according to Tony Robbins. It was easier for you to have the excuse in 2020 that things change so fast and there is no point in planning. For 2021 you should had build a tenacity and you should be more resilient to news related to disasters. Now is time to spend at least 10 minutes in the morning planning how your day should look like.

Tune out the news

The news turned out to be a drug addiction in 2020. Everyone was checking what is happening every single hour. What is the current Covid situation or what government officials opinion is about new restrictions, was one of the most searched thing in 2020.

The reality is that less things change for a day! The governments provided a predictable schedule when new restrictions will be applicable. There is no need for you to waste your time and check the news frequently. Once per day or once per 3 days is enough.

Summary

2020 was an interesting year, a lot of challenges and changes for the entire population.

In this article, 3 productivity strategies 2021, I tried to pinpoint the biggest changes that you should make in your life for 2021.

This should help you reduce your stress level and increase your concentration and productivity!
