About
From engineer to engineering leader
I have 15+ years building software, leading teams, and delivering complex technology initiatives across enterprise, financial, regulated, and cloud environments. I grew from software engineer into senior leadership, combining technical depth with product thinking, organisational leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Today I build and lead engineering teams focused on new cloud services and high-impact initiatives — turning promising ideas into validated outcomes. I am most interested in engineering leadership at the intersection of AI, cloud, product strategy, and team development.
Outside my core role I am active in entrepreneurship, mentoring, and community building — through conferences and volunteer initiatives — and I write about leadership, innovation, product development, and building teams that create meaningful impact.
My mission is to help people, teams, and organisations unlock greater impact and long-term success — combining insight from the professional and non-profit worlds with a background in engineering and psychology.
