In todays’ fast paced world, in many areas the traditional watefall approcah for software development doesn’t work and scale anymore.

Agile is methodology for developing software. It mandates fast itterative approach, where after each itteration the development team produces small chunks of working functionality and during a meeting called sprint review presents and asks for immediate feedback of that functionality.
