Corporations lack creativity! Period! Is it because they hire uncreative people? I doubt that. There is something that happened from the moment an employee is hired to the moment a manager in a big board room states “Who has any creative ideas”!

Many corporations favor compliance versus disturbance. They are big, so chaos is a no no.

Is stability an illusion?

When was the last time you thought something is stable, just to be proven wrong?

Companies need to invest more in making experiments and learn from them!

Stability is an illusion! The only constant thing in life and business is change.

The more you resist the truth, the more you will suffer!

But once you embrace it, then your employees will magically bring their creativity and your stock shares will grow!
